Deep exploration of ancient and modern techniques helped us put the pieces back, to create a sense of wholeness. Through this journey, we created beautiful weeklong programs that draw upon Nature as the stage for our healing experiences.
For over 40 years, Carol and Judy have been teachers of personal growth and fitness
Carol is certified in Personal Fitness Training, Hiking and Sports Bio-mechanics and Pilates. She has led trekking groups to Nepal and Patagonia as an adventure traveler and expert mountaineer. She is part of the Search and Rescue Team of New Mexico that finds lost hikers out in the wilderness and teaches out of her Pilates studio, Dancing Stones, in New Mexico.
Judy is certified in Meridian Tapping, Spring Forest Qigong, Thought Management Training, several Meditation techniques and Hiking and Sports Bio-mechanics as well. She has enjoyed competing as a triathlete and has been a runner for 25 years. She is also a Stress Relief Coach in California using Energy Psychology techniques.
They met while training to teach Bio-mechanics and have now joined forces to bring you these intimate, unique trainings in beautiful, naturally-healing locations.

“Think Body, Mind and Spirit and you have Inner Destinations with Carol and Judy 5 day Tahoe Retreat 2008. I spent five fulfilling days with five women, different from each other in so many ways, learning and sharing together. As we hiked within sight of beautiful mountains, the lake, abundant wildflowers and babbling brooks, we were guided in posture and movement. As we sat together in comfort in a home overlooking the woods and lake, we learned new techniques for letting go of fears and concerns. We learned techniques for conflict resolution, meditation and journaling. We moved together in Chi Gong meditative movement with a renewed understanding of energy flow.
An introduction to Pilates left me with sore abs and a determination to take up the form on an ongoing basis. Then there was plenty of unstructured time to read, talk or walk a little and the food was great! I loved the accepting and positive attitudes of our leaders and the openness and willingness on the part of the group sharing together. Never did I feel forced to participate in something I would rather not.
Carol and Judy made each component sound so enticing that I didn’t want to be left out. I was impressed with the thoroughness of preparation, organization and communication on the part of the leaders both between themselves and with the participants.
Each leader brought their own set of knowledge and expertise to the retreat as well as a common life philosophy. They also made themselves aware of each participant’s needs, goals and concerns well in advance by a series of questionnaires and advance conference calls to which everyone was invited to be a part.
